Before I retired from my full time job, I saw a need in the market place: "Customers were getting charged too much for small plumbing repairs and services."  Now that I have more free time, I am fulfilling that niche market on a part-time basis.

My company mission is simple:  I want to assist customers with their small home plumbing services that are on their "to do" list in one convenient visit  that saves them time and money.

Contrator license information:

I am not Licensed by the contractors state license board (CSLB )under chapter 7027.2.; however, I am business licensed locally which allows me to do legal handyman plumbing service work under $500.00.  I have NO Personal or General Liability Insurance.  Therefore, my customers have to assume ALL liability for repairs and service. I am a sole proprietor with no employees therefore workman's compensation insurance is not necessary, and I do carry my own medical insuranance that can be shown upon request.

I am also a sales representative for a larger plumbing company.  In addition, I am registered with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) in CA. as a Home Improvement Salesperson; my background has been checked, and I have been finger printed for the pertection of homeowners.
